BRON: Terms of Service & Comprehensive Policy
1. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging with BRON—whether by booking a service, purchasing a product, or utilizing our digital platforms—you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all clients, visitors, and users of our services.
2. Nature of Services
BRON provides specialized wellness therapies, consulting services, and curated retail products. We are committed to delivering services with professional care and skill. However, specific results cannot be guaranteed for every individual, as outcomes may vary based on personal circumstances.
3. Booking & Cancellation Policy
To ensure efficient operations and respect for all clients' time, the following policies apply:
Booking Confirmation: Appointments are confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment as specified at the time of booking.
Punctuality: Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time. Late arrivals will result in a reduced appointment time to ensure the next client is not delayed. The full value of the booked service remains payable.
Cancellation Notice: We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment without penalty.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the booked service value. Failure to arrive without prior notice will result in liability for 100% of the service fee.
4. Refund & Return Policy
Service Satisfaction: We strive for excellence. If you are dissatisfied with a service, please bring it to the attention of management immediately. While refunds for services rendered are generally not provided, we may, at our discretion, offer a rectification service or credit.
Product Returns: In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), defective products may be returned within 6 months for repair, replacement, or refund.
Hygiene & Safety: We cannot accept returns on opened personal care products (e.g., skincare, oils) unless defective. Unopened goods may be returned within 7 days for store credit, provided proof of purchase is presented.
Gift Vouchers: Vouchers are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are valid for 3 years from the date of issue.

Verification & Payment SecurityYour vigilance is a critical layer of security. You are responsible for independently verifying the authenticity and accuracy of any communication that appears to be from BRON, especially if it requests sensitive information or instructs you to make a payment.Duty to Verify:Recent rulings by South Africa's highest courts have underscored that the party making a payment has a responsibility to verify banking details before transferring funds.Mandatory Checks:Before acting on any instruction involving payment details, changes to personal information, or significant strategic advice, you must verify the instruction with us through a secure, pre-established communication channel. Do not rely solely on email.Liability:A failure to perform this independent verification may result in you being liable for any resulting losses.8. Liability LimitationsThird-Party Acts:While BRON implements "appropriate, reasonable technical and organisational measures" to protect information as required by South African law, we cannot be held liable for loss or damage resulting directly from the unlawful criminal acts of third parties (such as hacking, phishing, or business e-mail compromise), unless such loss is a direct result of BRON's gross negligence or willful misconduct.AI Recommendations:Any information, analysis, or recommendations generated by our AI tools are provided on an "as is" basis. These tools are aids for human decision-making, not a substitute for it. The outputs may contain errors or inaccuracies, and you should not rely on them exclusively for significant decisions without independent verification. BRON disclaims all liability for any loss arising from your reliance on unverified AI-generated content.Indemnity: You agree to indemnify BRON against any claims, losses, or damages we may incur that arise from your failure to comply with your duty of verification or from other negligent security practices on your part.9. Reporting & AcceptanceIf you encounter any material, communication, or behaviour that seems suspicious or unusual, you are required to report it to our office immediately for investigation. By using our services, platforms, and communication systems, you acknowledge the inherent risks and agree to the terms of shared responsibility and the limitations of liability outlined on this page.If you have a fundamental objection to our use of AI or these terms, please bring this to the attention of our leadership team immediately to discuss future engagement and any contractual implications.
